I’m new to Surreal but i’m very impressed. We’re looking at the white label option and I’m wondering if the welcome emails can be customised to our branding? Alternatively, is there a way these emails can be turned off so we send the information ourselves as part of our welcome pack (this would be our preferred solution)?

Once you have a white-label account and your custom subdomain, welcome emails and all other correspondence from the CMS will use your branding.
At the moment, these emails can’t be disabled but it may make sense to provide the welcome token when creating users through the upcoming API, that way you can automate it and provide the activation link in your own workflow.
