Unable to Authenticate with your Server

Been trying to edit some info in our website, however every time I submit it, it says “unable to authenticate with your server”

That usually means your FTP username/password are no longer correct. You can update them by going to Sites > Edit Site.

If you don’t know what your FTP credentials are or why they may have changed, your web host will be able to provide them for you.

I’m new to this and would need you to walk me through this. I have the full access to our website, and we haven’t changed our username/ password.

Sorry for the delay — I missed the notification for your reply :cry:

You may want to check with your webhost to see if there’s a block or if they changed your credentials due to an upgrade or migration.
