Just have the same issue, and found out that the ctrl+alt + del was disable in anydesk>settings>security>permission profile. Anydesk confirmed today that it suffered a recent cyberattack that allowed hackers to gain access to the company's production systems. Gave up teamviewer, because it regularly throws you out for the slightest infraction. I can use my credentials to login to the anydesk desktop app just fine.
In the last few years i've used free anydesk, teamviewer, and chrome remote desktop.
