Maxroll is a mainstay and is better curated than d4builds, which has upsides and downsides. I know that solo tier list in maxroll is in the context of 5k paragon levels, and scale them that way but i don’t think they’re particularly in a bad spot. If you want real tier lists,. Best can hardly be determined, and all those sites have good and less good builds, it always comes down to the author of the build and which site they post on has no direct influence on.
